Based on the PAVING the Path to Wellness® program, full or half day wellness workshops guide participants on how to thrive with a healthy body, peaceful mind and joyful heart. Practical tools are used to help take stock of your current lifestyle and design a strategy to enhance your level of wellness by applying evidence-based information.

Coach Training for New Leaders

Develop coaching skills to lead your team! Embark on a learning journey that will improve your effectiveness at work and your interactions with friends and family. Designed for individuals who are leading a team for the first time or those who would like a refresher and opportunity to level-up their skills with a certified ICF coach.

Learn about:

  • What makes coaching different from teaching and explaining.
  • 5 core coaching skills and demonstrate using them.
  • The components of the Coaching Exchange
  • The 5 guiding principles of coaching.

You'll also have lots of opportunity to practice these new found skills!

This program is conducted over three sessions in a small group.

Executive Wellness Coaching

Even the most accomplished leaders have blind spots, despite their ability to lead effectively and understand the needs of their employees and organization.

Executive Wellness Coaching fosters a proactive approach to self-awareness and personal development for leaders, empowering them to elevate their physical and emotional well-being, cultivate mindfulness, build resilience, embrace adaptability, and enhance emotional intelligence, propelling them to new horizons of success.

One-on-one engagements only, nine months minimum.

Health and Wellness Coaching

Experience the transformative power of group health and wellness coaching with our 8-week PAVING the Path to Wellness Program®. Developed by Harvard physicians, this comprehensive and evidence-based program is designed to elevate your overall well-being through healthy lifestyle behavior.

Discover essential principles of wellness, gain valuable health insights, and engage in practical self-reflection exercises that will guide you towards tangible steps on your personal wellness journey.

Participants who have health concerns in cardiovascular disease and diabetes management, smoking cessation, and stress management will receive especially valuable information and support through this program, in addition to experiencing overall wellness improvements.
